Attending the Auction

I act as your authorised bidder, explain auction rules beforehand, and guide you through what to expect on the day.

We discuss the best approach based on your budget and the property’s estimated value, giving you a strong, well-planned bidding position.

Bidding at Auction

Auctions can be emotional. I step in to remove pressure and make confident, strategic decisions on your behalf.

Winning at Auction

If the property doesn’t sell, being the highest bidder can give us the first opportunity to negotiate directly with the seller, often a stronger position than winning outright.

What It Costs

  • $1,100 (incl. GST): First property
  • $880 (incl. GST): Second property
  • $660 (incl. GST): Additional properties


Win or lose. Multiple auctions may be required, and fees are structured to support this.
