Bidding at Auction
This can be an emotionally charged situation to find yourself in, especially when dealing with such large sums of money. I can remove the emotion and make confident decisions based on our agreed strategy.

An important part of a good bidding strategy is to consider what happens if we don’t win. Winning outright is the plan, however if the property is passed in and does not sell, we want to be the highest bidder at that point. This can be even better than winning because we now have the first option to negotiate a price with the seller(s) face-to-face.
