As a Buyer's Agent, I will meet with you and discuss exactly what you need and want from your next property. I will research the suburbs that you desire and identify potential properties that align with your budget.


I will provide you with estimated costs for the entire buying process and connect you with qualified professionals to assist you.

Most importantly, I WILL LISTEN TO YOU!

As my client you will have the final say on which properties we investigate further. Once you have reached a decision I will speak with the selling agents, negotiate and/or bid at auction for you when the time comes.

Due diligence tasks will also be arranged with the following professionals:

  • Identify heritage overlays, flood and fire zones

  • Building and Pest inspections (B&P)

  • Conveyancing and legal services

  • Any other items that arise

I will assist you all the way up to settlement and beyond.
